i have read the comments… just to clear it, it's the teen choice award…the teens have the right to vote who they actually like.. you see, many are going crazy about the disney stars…and they have the right to show their admirations for those teen celebrities…
i am also a teen…and as part of the youth, i know what i like…and disney really caught my attention with the jonas brothers, demi lovato and the others…whatever you say, majority really wins!…
(though i don't like miley cyrus)….

Miley Cyrus Rocks!!! The latest rating I saw had her show beating everything but professional football, and just being edged out by professional wrestling, and beating everything else. She temporarily lost about a million viewers over the whole Vanity Fair thing, when some parents freaked out, but her show is back on top (September '09.)
We all love Angelina Jolie, but she doesn't love us! We want to see her in action films, but she doesn't want to do them anymore. Maybe she's getting too old.
The “fine print” about the producers having the last word only means they decide which votes are valid in case of controversy, like automated computer voting, etc.
Why is everyone so negative?

this is a teen choice awards..wat do you people expect? for teenagers to know the difference of a fad and real quality movies/actors/music..

of course Kristen Stewart will beat Angelina Jolie, why? cause it's the teen choice awards
Jonas Brother's, Miley Cyrus and all these young players, will scoop the adwards, why you ask? cause it's the teen choice awards!
if you people will keep on complaining about the winners, like they do not compare to the likes of Angelina Jolie , then do not watch this!!!!just wait for the Oscars, Golden Globe's , etc...

This award ceremony is a popularity contest aimed at teenagers, SO GET OVER IT!!!

The awards require no speculation as to whether they were rigged or not. Just read the fine print at the end of the awards show. They (by law) admit it!

"Winners for the teen choice awards were determined through voting on the teen choice awards website. The results of the voting were tabulated electronically and confirmed by a committee of Fox representatives. Teenasaurus Rox Inc. had the right to determine the winners from among the top four vote getters of the nominees in each of 88 categories. Ultimate choice was determined solely by the producers."

There you have it.

okay , did ANYONE see miley cyrus's performence? i actually liked her before that… WOW! and kristin stewart is the goddamn worst actress in the world. robert pattinson is f*cking ugly and britney winning the lifetime achievment award??!!! WTFFFFFFF?! I think the ONLY good part was when Frankie Jonas won the award. hes a cutie!! (:
