Thousands of Minis drive from London to Brighton

Over 2,500 Minis from all over the world hit the roads this weekend to celebrate the British motoring icon’s 50th anniversary.

After making the 55-mile journey from Crystal Palace to Brighton’s Madeira Drive, all models from classics to variants to the new BMW Minis parked bumper-to-bumper to nearly treble the previous record for the most Minis ever in one spot.

The event, organized by the London and Surrey Mini Owners Club, is one of the largest single-manufacturer car shows in the world and attracts around 2,500 Minis for the journey to Brighton’s sea front.
