Why in the hell are they giving him a title shot after 3 fights? and why is everyone so hyped up about this no talent gigantic piece of shit? he couldnt make it on the vikings, then he goes to fake wrestling but he feels he cant be the true athlete he is so he moves to ufc where all he knows is…lets review all of his fights…oh yeah that’s it GROUND AND POUND. he goes for the take down (although in this fight he didn’t) then once he’s in his comfortable repetitive state of ground and pound he hammer fists the shit out of someone and then he earns the title? why cant anyone see that all his so called talent is ground and pound without any technicality whatsoever? he doesn’t earn the title at all. it should be taken away and given to someone who actually has worked hard for it. and if u would like to argue that he actually is a good fighter then lets take a step out of reality for a second and say lesnar is now 5′ 11 220…do u think he could use his bigness to earn him the belt now? no. all he has is that he’s really strong and good at take downs. it’s been proven when he fought frank mir, someone with a little technicality. he went out there like he always does with too much intensity because he was scared because he doesn’t know what he’s doing and once he has the take down that’s when he’s comfortable, only it didn’t work with frank mir and he got his ass tapped out. this is like watching a street fight where one of the fighters is so scared that all he’s going to do is keep throwing punches as many as possible and as fast as possible (there’s no talent in that, it just proves that the one throwing all those punches is going to do whatever it takes to try and get the knockout rather than taking it slow and being a able to take a few punches like a real man in a real fight can)…this is the ufc not a fuckin brawl. im not saying lesnar went out there doing nothing but throwing fists but it reminds me of someone in a fight who’s scared so all he does is throw out all of his intensity and aggressiveness as fast as possible so he can get out of this uncomfortable state of not knowing what he’s doing

oh yea… Lesnar v. Arlovski would be a killer fight! Arlovski, though still much lighter than Lesnar, would be closer in reach and he has way better stand up. It would be a brawl. Not taking away what either fighter did here, but Couture seemed to be scared to go toe to toe, but, then again… who wouldn't be?

Lessner won and thats all there is to it. He would pound out any one who had the nads to stand infront of him. Think about it… LessnerHas only been in there three times and hascleaned house. So how are you going to say that Brock should not have the belt. And those of you who think that Randy would beat Brock in another fight are out of your minds. Randy has trained for years for this stuff and still could not pull it off. I have watched some big guys go down in this sport to guys that were much smaller. I think its time to put it to rest and maybe watch a sport that you actually have a clue about. (just my opinion)

Bock was nervous in the first round and easily absorbed Randys shots, the striking was even but Brock has much heavier hands, Brock was never in trouble, Randy did well to got back to his feet but he couldnt take brock down at all! Brock may have got cut but thats what spurred his into 5th gear to kick Randys ass! I love Randy but his time is up! All you Randy lovers had your head in the sand.
See what Mir and other UFC fighters say about the fight on ESPN instead of reading these dumbass posts (exccept mine!) (-;

hey B..you dont know anything about MMA History boy. Randy Couture got a title shot after 4 fights at UFC. Brock Lesnar is the 2nd guy to win a title after 4 fights. And stop making excuses. PLEASE! Brock won the fight FAIR and SQUARE. john is right. Brock Lesnar have this HUGE popularity. so stop commenting about Brock. he won the fight and the title. that's it. he's faster, younger and stronger. i still give my thumbs up to Randy Couture for bringing a good, decent fight.

I really dont even think Lesnar should have got the championship fight yet this is only his third fight in the ufc and there r other people who have more skill and shit then him and deserved a chance.

He Won fair and square. He should be 4-0 in the UFC. The fight with Frank Mir was stopped unfairly IMHO. If you are punching someone in the face and they turn over its not your fault your fist hits them in the back of the head. The stopage allowed Mir to get a footlock or heelhook in and submit Lesnar.

Bottom line is he is a heavyweight beast and is as fast as a 205er. Give him 12 months training submission defense and then prepare to watch him as champ for the next several years. Hes too powerful and too fast. Calling him mediocre is unfair… he just beat Couture, sorry, deal with it.

I do agree with “B” about superheavy weight tho'
