The 2009 NBA All-Star Game saw the debut of the “Big Jabbawockee.”

Shaquille O’Neal got the party started with a dance number just before tip-off. Wearing a mask, the Phoenix Suns center busted a move with the Jabbawockeez.

The all-male dance troupe gained fame by winning the MTV hip hop dance reality series America’s Best Dance Crew.

Later that evening, O’Neal and Kobe Bryant stole the show, as the former Lakers teammates were named co-MVPs. Bryant scored a game-high 27 points while O’Neal added 17 to beat the East 146-119.
