Miguel Cotto vs-Joshua Clottey Live

HBO Sports presents another must see world-class boxing match with a welterweight title on the line. WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP BOXING: MIGUEL COTTO VS. JOSHUA CLOTTEY is presented live Saturday, June 13 (10:35 p.m. ET/7:35 p.m. PT) from Madison Square Garden, exclusively on HBO.

The 2 welterweight champions will collide in the scheduled 12-round unification bout.

The fighters officially weighed in at the Madison Square Garden on Friday. Miguel Cotto weighed 146 lbs while Joshua Clottey hit the scales at exactly the 147-pound limit.

For the fourth time in five years, Puerto Rican Miguel Cotto (33-1, 27 KOs) returns at the Garden hoping for another big win. Cotto suffered his first loss against former WBC welterweight champion, Antonio Margarito.

Ghana native Joshua Clottey (35-2, 20 KOs) who currently based in the Bronx will definitely give Cotto a difficult time in the ring. 31-year-old Clottey became the IBF welterweight champion after dispatching Zab Judah last year.

The winner of this match is expected to move next in line for a potential fight against the best pound-for-pound and current WBO junior welterweight champ Manny Pacquiao.

Bob Arum of Top Rank promotions, who handles Miguel Cotto, Joshua Clottey and Manny Pacquiao, says no decisions will be made until after the fight.
