Lakers vs. Magic Game 3 NBA finals

The Los Angeles Lakers took a 2-0 lead in the NBA finals with a 101-96 victory over the Orlando Magic on Sunday. Tonight, the seven-match series shifts to Amway Arena for the next three contests, starting with Game 3.

The Lakers are two wins away from the 15th championship in franchise history, while the Magic is still searching for its first finals win.

Can Orlando break LA’s spell?

We all know that it’s a bad place for Orlando. Only three teams have come back from down 0-2 to win the NBA championship. If the Magic are going to do the impossible, they’ll have to push themselves to the limit. This is their last chance. No team in NBA history has come back from a 3-0 deficit to win a playoff series.

The game starts at 9 p.m. ET

UPDATE: Orlando beat the Lakers, 108-104, to take Game 3 of the NBA finals. Dwight Howard scored 21 points and14 rebounds for the Magic while Kobe Bryant finished with 31 points and eight assists for LA.
