Woman creates porn magazine for the blind

Tactile Mind Porn Magazine for the Blind

A porn magazine for the blind and visually impaired has been launched featuring racy text and raised images of naked men and women.

Canadian artist Lisa Murphy has just created Tactile Mind, which is thought to be the first publication of its kind. Though Playboy used to have an edition with Braille text, Murphy takes it a step further by converting photographs into three-dimensional images.

A copy of the mag goes for around $230 each. Yes, it’s expensive, but a lot goes into the making of it. An individual image takes hours to make, and in turn, every page is handmade.

“When you run your fingers over it, you really feel texture, you feel what’s rough and smooth, you feel the ridges of someone’s well-chiseled chest, for example,” said Murphy.
