Woods: “I’m A Little Nervous.”
International golf number one player Tiger Woods admitted in his interview with ESPN that he is a little bit nervous about the reception that fans will give him to him when he returns to play at the Masters in Augusta, Georgia.
When asked about what reception is he expecting from the fans, he answered “I don’t know. I don’t know. I’m a little nervous about that to be honest with you.” It was followed by the question if he cares about the reaction he will get, he stated, “It would be nice to hear a couple claps here and there. But also hope they clap for birdies, too.”
The interview is the first one-on-one interview granted by the athlete since the scandal of his multiple extra-marital affairs broke out after his car accident November last year. He will be playing for the first time since his self-imposed exile.
Woods dodged questions regarding some details of the car accident.
