2011 nba finals live streamDirk Nowitzki finished with 29 points and the Mavs made 13 3-pointers to win Game 5 of the 2011 NBA Finals 112-103 on Thursday. The Mavs now have a 3-2 series lead over Miami and have a chance to take the crown on Sunday.

After a big game Nowitzki still felt that, “there’s really nothing to celebrate.” “We’re going in there Sunday swinging, like we did today, from the jump, and hopefully steal one Sunday,” he added.

On the other hand, it is a “now or never” game for LeBron James, Dwyane wade, Chris Bosh and the rest of the Miami Heat.

James scored 17 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists, and Dwyane Wade finished with 23 points even with a sore left hip after a collision in the first-quarter while Chris Bosh had 19 points and 10 rebounds.

“I could have made a couple of more plays for my team,” James said. “But at the end of the day, all it’s about is a win or a loss. Triple-double means absolutely nothing in a loss. So we will be better in Game 6 on Sunday.”

Dallas shot 56.5 percent from the field, including 13 of 19 (68 %) from beyond the arc. The rest of the Dallas Mavericks helped Nowitzki a lot including Jason Terry who scored 21 points, J.J. Barea with 17 points, while Jason Kidd and Tyson Chandler both finished with 13 points.

Can the Mavs wrap up their first championship in Game 6 at Miami on Sunday night or will Miami can heat things up a little more with a push for a Game 7?
