Back to the Mac: Watch Today’s Apple Event Live Online

Back to the Mac Apple Event Live Stream

At 10:00 a.m. PDT today (October 20) Apple will be kicking off its latest special event at its Cupertino, California headquarters dubbed “Back to the Mac“. The company is likely to announce a new version of Mac OS X 10.7 (tentatively called Lion), but rumor has it that we’ll also see an updated MacBook Air, MacBook laptop line and its iLife software suite.

Teaser invitations sent to media practitioners last week showed Apple’s logo opening like a door to reveal the image of a lion. That’s a clue, because the company has named the versions of its operating system after big cats.

Live streaming is available to Mac, iPhone and iPad viewers worldwide on the Apple site. You can also follow the event via live blog on CNET, MacLife, Technologizer, and ZDNet, among other sites.
