Charlie Sheen is a “High Level Concern” for CBS
The entertainment chief of CBS said that they have a high level of concern over the personal life of the current US television’s highest paid primetime comedy actor.
“We have a high level of concern. How could we not?” said entertainment chief Nina Tassler regarding Charlie Sheen, star of the comedy hit Two-and-a-Half Men, during a press tour of the Television Critics Association.
Sheen battles drug addiction, have went through a marital split and has been rumored to have trashed a hotel suit while in the company of a prostitute.
Tassler said that they are aware of all these things and that “on a very basic human level” she is concerned, especially since Sheen has children. However, the actor is very professional.
“Charlie is a professional. He comes to work, he does his job extremely well,” she stated. “On a personal level, we obviously have concern. On a professional level, he does his job and he does it well. This show is a hit, that is all have to say.”
