Early Release for Lindsay Lohan Probable
After being released early from her 90-day stint in jail, an embattled actress seems she will also be released early from her 90-day rehab stay.
Elden Fox, the new judge handling Lindsay Lohan‘s case will make a decision Wednesday morning, August 25, whether the former child star can already go home without serving all of her 90 days for rehabilitation and treatment at the UCLA Medical Center.
Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in prison and 90 days in rehabilitation center for violating her probationary terms. She was released early from jail due to overcrowding conditions. She only stayed behind bars for 14 days.
She is however expected to continue outpatient treatment at UCLA several times per week.
Lawyers for Lohan have argued before that the sentence given to her by Judge Marsha Revel was too harsh.
It was reported before that her mother, Dina, said that the actress will move back to New York once she gets released from her drug rehabilitation, explaining that her daughter will be able to live a healthier life there than in Los Angeles.
