In case you missed it, check out Jay-Z and Alicia Keys perform their hit single “Empire State of Mind” at Yankee Stadium prior to Game 2 of the World Series last night.

The 38-year-old rap superstar prowled the outfield stage in a Yankees cap and varsity jacket, while Keys stunned fans with purple high-heel boots that went to mid-thigh.

After their amazing performance, Jay-Z yelled to the crowd, “Let’s go!”— and his encouragement obviously worked!

Home runs by Mark Teixeira and Hideki Matsui led the Yankees to a 3-1 victory over the Phillies, tying the series at one game apiece.
