Libyan soldiers ‘executed’ for refusing to shoot rebels (VIDEO)

Pan-Arab news network Al Jazeera has posted a video on YouTube that allegedly show Libyan army officers killed for refusing to shoot anti-government protesters. A rebel group sent the footage to Al Jazeera, but it is impossible to independently verify the authenticity of the pictures, the network said.

The international community has intensified pressure on Muammar Gaddafi to leave his post and various groups have estimated at least 1,000 people have been killed since the turmoil began last month.
