Former child actor Mark Lester claims he could be Paris Jackson’s real dad

Former child star Mark Lester, the godfather of Michael Jackson‘s three kids, has told a British tabloid he believes he is the father of the singer’s daughter Paris.

Lester, one of MJ’s closest friends, said he donated sperm at a London clinic and believed it had been used to artificially inseminate the King of Pop’s second wife, Debbie Rowe.

According to the News of the World, the 51-year-old English actor is willing to go through a paternity test. He said the remarkable resemblance between Paris and his 15 year-old daughter, Harriet, is enough for him to come forward.

“It’s been a secret for so long,” Mark told the paper. “In 1996 Michael asked me if I would give him my sperm and I said yes. It was a gift to him, no money was paid. It was something I was honoured to do. He wanted children so badly.”

Lester says that he has always had “definite bond with Paris.” He also added, “I think there’s a definite possibility that she’s part of me. I want to have contact with her, Prince and Blanket regardless of whether any or all of them are mine. I think it’s cruel that I’ve now been excluded from them.”

Lester became famous for his role in Lionel Bart’s 1960’s musical Oliver and met MJ in 1982 after the singer’s manager rang him out of the blue.
