Premier League: Manchester City vs. Wolverhampton Wanderers

Manchester City will display their expensively assembled squad at Eastlands for the first time this season when they face the newly promoted Wolves later this afternoon.

The last meeting between the two clubs saw the visitors take the lead three times and the hosts come back to equalize on each occasion in a 3-3 draw at COMS.

City added another win to their early season results by beating Barcelona at Camp Nou in the Joan Gamper Trophy on Wednesday. But Robinho and Emmanuel Adebayor are doubtful for the Premier League visit of Mick McCarthy’s side.

Both players sat out the friendly victory against Barca and their fitness will be monitored ahead of the game.

The match kicks-off at 3:00 p.m. (10:00 a.m. ET).

UPDATE: Manchester City joined the Gunners and United on six points with 1-0 home win over Wolverhampton Wanderers. Emmanuel Adebayor got his second goal in two games for the Citizens.
