Robert Gibbs Mocks Sarah Palin

At the White House press briefing Tuesday, press secretary Robert Gibbs took a swipe at Sarah Palin for seeming to rely on crib notes during a Q&A after her speech at the conservative Tea Party convention last weekend.

“Oh, I wrote a few things down,” Gibbs said, looking at his palm. “I wrote eggs, milk, and bread,” claiming he was going to “make pancakes” for his son Ethan.

“But I crossed out bread,” he added. “Then I wrote down hope and change just in case I forgot them.”

The jibe obviously drew groans from reporters present.

  • Gibbs the Jibbs

Why can't Gibbs focus on what is important, not trying to do political jabs at an important time in the government? This guy is one of the most idiotic press secretaries that has ever graced the White House. He comes to the press conferences with no answers, does not answer many questions, and usually just says problems are being worked on. Sure they are being worked on, but is there any progress?

I guess Palin does not understand satire and she complains about telaprompter, what a hypocrite. Palin’s hand job just shows all of us what kind of dullard we are up against, I have not seen this since junior high. WOW and some call her a leader….please.
