After the reports about Snowzilla’s Goodbye after three years of Christmas existence, now the Billy Ray Power’s giant snowman is back after a some kind of a “fan/s” built the snowman. Billy Ray said that he woke up and found out that it had returned.

Snowzilla had a “cease and desist” order from the Anchorage code enforcers because they claim Snowzilla has become a noisy nuisance to Billy Ray’s neighbors and poses safety hazards to admirers.
