Tornado reported in Goshen County


A tornado touched down in a rural area of Goshen County in southeastern Wyoming on Friday, according to the National Weather Service.

There were no reports of injuries or damage.

The tornado arrived at 4:06 p.m. about 13 miles west-southwest of the town of LaGrange, the weather service said. It moved east about 10 miles before breaking up after about 25 minutes on the ground.

Live footage on The Weather Channel showed a large funnel cloud moving across flat prairie land.

According to weather forecasters the tornado was likely an EF0 or EF1.
