Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight saga is branching out from its regular booths and getting a convention of its own this summer: TwiCon 2009 will be held from July 30 to August 2, 2009 in Dallas, Texas.

The unofficial conference will feature Twilight movie screening, live Twilight inspired band performances, Volturi Ball, opportunities to meet the cast of the vampire flick, lots of breakout sessions, panels and workshops, as well as a “Vendor Hall where dozens of vendors will be set up for your shopping pleasure.”
