World Cup 2010 Qualifying: England vs. Ukraine

Broadcast companies in the U.K. have snubbed the England vs. Ukraine clash due to the Three Lions’ early qualification for South Africa. But don’t worry football fans, there are still options.

A lot of radio stations will broadcast the game live and it will also be streamed online on several websites. If you’re getting a picture but it’s really bad, then it’s probably an issue of bandwidth. Either you have a terrible connection or someone around is sucking up the entire Internet.

If you want to watch the game in high resolution, the Daily Star has secured the rights to screen the live coverage of the match in Dnepropetrovsk.

But if you would rather not pay, you can check out other “free websites.” However, expect poor images and continuous buffering as there is a strong chance that many servers will become overloaded.

UPDATE: Ukraine claimed a 1-0 victory over England which boosted their hopes of qualifying for next year’s World Cup via the playoffs. The win took them to 18 points, one ahead of Croatia.
